Jo & Chris are the best/friendliest hosts- the cabin is very clean- the ground and water view are great & the activity building has everything you could possibly want- books, games, cards, big screen TV, fireplace, grills with charcoal, coloring books & chalk for the kids, ping-pong, ect. A great place to stay for a vacation. Also it's within a short drive to Alpena or Rogers City and the beach at lake Huron. Bill & Connie

What a great place- lots of room out doors, great for kids and adults. Loved our rooms, clean and comfortable. We were just driving by and they had a room. Thanks again for your very thoughtful and helpful assistance as we hosted the 2011 ....... Family Reunion.
Everyone had a great time, as usual, and the facilities were perfect and appreciated by everyone of our gang of 40 guests and family visitors. The big beautiful lawn easily hosted our picnic tables for lunch and dinner. Lake access to the beach and water trampolines was easy for all who enjoyed a splash on that beautiful summer day, and the game room was perfect for arranging our buffet tables and beverage bar. All in all, it was the ideal setting for everyone to enjoy themselves and be close to their rooms to relax.
